Built by Gary Hanson, alongside a used car dealership in Cape Breton

I built Auto Agent Cloud while working directly with a used car dealership in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. I saw how much work happened between selling the cars: sticky notes, hand-typed Facebook posts, paper credit applications, and the same vehicle details entered over and over. I wanted to give independent dealers a simpler way to handle that work without adding another disconnected system.

It started with the work happening on the lot

A vehicle needed photos, a website listing, and a Facebook post. A buyer’s inquiry needed a follow-up. A deal needed paperwork. Those jobs were connected, but the information wasn’t.

The problem wasn’t a lack of effort. It was having to remember every next step and move the same details between different places.
